Your profile
- Experience in a service related industry like IT, telecommunications, Internet Service Provider, business-to-business services, or similar environments.
- Experience in managing project work flows for business customers
- Experience in Project Management / Consulting in a Telecommunication, Banking, Insurance or IT environment
- Structured problem solving and identification of appropriate approaches for problem resolution.
- Show interest in technology and willingness to understand complex technical background of business
- Ability to give training to end users
- Should have excellent negotiation, interpersonal and communications skills
- Open and outgoing personality
- Fluent English and German is essential, additional language is a plus

- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- Good general technical understanding
- Open and outgoing personality
- Superior communication and networking competency, persuasiveness and ability to assert oneself
- Interest and enthusiasm to commonly develop and implement new ideas in a highly interactive team environment
- Broad knowledge and familiarity of the MS Office package and similar tools
- Written and verbal fluency in German and English
Main Tasks
- Provide support to the team and the management
- Provide 2nd level support to our key users
- Explain our software product to non-technical contact persons
- Maintain Project Plans
- Preparation and organization of events and presentations
- Transfer knowledge into our Company Wiki (Knowledge Management system)
